Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • This property has two doorbell style exterior security cameras: one at the front door and one at the side door. No other cameras are present at the property.
  • AWD/4WD and potentially chains are required to access the town of Seven Devils in times of snow or ice. The driveway is very flat.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • Minimum age to reserve is 25. This person is required to sign the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • Children are allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy (8 guests) allowed at any time. No events allowed. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.

Pets

  • This home allows up to 2 dogs, maximum 30 lbs each, for an additional rent of $25 per pet per night plus taxes. (Note: Maximum number of pets in source data is higher, but this limitation is specified in the policy text.)

Fees and Payments

  • Guests returning to Pete's Alpine Retreat may receive 5% off the room rent, not to be combined with other discounts to the room rent.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
  • Towels and linens are provided for you.
  • High-speed internet is available.
  • Clothes washing machine and dryer are provided.
  • Dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, and ice-maker are available.
  • Free parking is available at the property.
